6) All prices listed above are per person in U. S. dollars based on double occupancy. If three adults need to share one room and the third person asking forextrabed, the third person’s price will be the same as others.

7) Children 11 years and under who share a room with two adults and do not ask for an extra bed will be charged the listed child fare or 75% of the regular adult price; if they need an extra bed in the same room with two adults, the cost will be 90% of the regular adult price. Children 12 and older will be charged at the regular adult price.

8) Early depart or late return is allowed, the ticket change fee is $50 per person each time, in addition to airlines surcharge for different air class and weekend if necessary.

Day 1Hometown - Beijing

Fly to Beijing, the capital of China.

Day 2Arrive in Beijing

Upon arrival at Beijing, the capital of China and one of the most well-known tourist destinations in the world, where you are met and transferred to your hotel.

Day 3Beijing (American Breakfast, Lunch, Special Dinner)

This morning, see the vast Tiananmen Square, the largest city square in the world. Then, visit the imperial Forbidden City, the largest and best preserved imperial palace constructed in 1420. Then, visit Summer Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage site with the largest imperial garden in the world, a favorite retreat for many of the emperors during the Qing Dynasty. This evening, you’ll enjoy the famous Peking Duck Banquet.

Day 4Beijing (American Breakfast, Lunch)

Today you’ll visit the Great Wall of China, one of the country’s most famous tourist attractions and one of the greatest man-made wonders of the world. It runs about 5,500 miles through 150 different counties. The part you will visit is Juyongguan Section, the most typical and representative section. You will then have a Seminar on Chinese Jade Culture at a local Jade Museum. Next take a rickshaw to visit Hutongs, the old alleys or lanes scattered in Beijing city to experience the daily life of old Beijing people.

Day 5Beijing - Shanghai (American Breakfast)

This morning you visit the exquisite 15th century Temple of Heaven – to see the Imperial Ceiling of Heaven with its Echo Wall and the Nine-Dragon Cypress, more than 500 years old. Then take a flight to Shanghai, once the Paris of the East. Upon arrival, check into hotel.

Day 6Shanghai (American Breakfast, Lunch)

Today you’ll visit Yuyuan Garden, and soak up the more commercial aspects on Old Street, Nanjing Road, the Bund. Visit a silk factory where you can do some shopping. Then step back in time at the Shanghai Museum with more than 120,000 art objects.

Day 7Shanghai (American Breakfast)

Enjoy a free day today.

Day 8Depart from Shanghai (American Breakfast)

Today transfer to the airport and catch your flight home.
