Itinerary

Day 1Hometown - Shanghai

Fly to Shanghai, the country’s biggest city and a global financial hub.

Day 2Arrive in Shanghai

Upon arrival at Shanghai, you’ll be greeted at the airport and then transferred to your hotel.

Day 3Shanghai (American Breakfast, Lunch)

The highlights of today’s sightseeing tour include the Yuyuan Garden, Shanghai’s Old Street, the colonial-styled Bund, and the Nanjing Road.

The afternoon continues to Shanghai Silk Factory, and then Shanghai Museum where you will have the opportunity to discover some of China’s priceless pieces of ancient art consisting of bronze, ceramic, jade and calligraphy.

Day 4Shanghai - Huangshan (American Breakfast)

After breakfast, drive to visit the Jade Buddha Temple, which houses a 6-foot (1.9 meters) tall jade statue of the Buddha and a Recumbent Buddha. Both of the Buddhas are carved out of a single piece of jade whose color is lustrously and spotlessly white.

It is a nice site to visit whether you are a Buddhist or not; the peaceful and super-natural atmosphere is very much appreciated by travelers.

Then drive to the airport for your flight to Huangshan. Upon arrival, be met and transfer to hotel. The rest of the day is left for you to explore Tunxi Old Street on your own.

Day 5Huangshan (American Breakfast, Lunch)

Mt. Huangshan is undoubtedly China’s most celebrated mountain for all its grandeur and beauty, which was declared a World Natural and Cultural Heritage in 1990 by the UNESCO Heritage Committee.

Today you’ll spend a full day and night at Mt. Huangshan. The round trip cable car is included. During the 10 minute cable car journey, you can enjoy the magnificent scenery.

The guide will accompany you as you visit the highlights of Yellow Mountain, such as the North Sea and West Sea area, where you can appreciate the breathtaking scenery and photograph the seas of clouds, peculiar-shaped rocks, verdant trees, rolling mountains, and the sunset.

Day 6Huangshan - Shanghai (American Breakfast, Lunch)

In the early morning, take the chance to photograph the sunrise on the Yellow Mountain. Then, go down the mountain by cable car and drive to Hongcun Village, one of China’s most beautiful ancient villages, where the movie “Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon” was shot.

At the Hongcun Village, you can enjoy the ancient Hui-style architecture, one type of traditional Chinese architecture and the breathtaking landscape.

After the tour, transfer to airport to board your flight to Shanghai.

Day 7Shanghai - Hometown (American Breakfast)

After breakfast, you’ll be transferred to the airport for your flight to home. Your trip ends.
