Reservations
When making a reservation for renting a cell phone with Chinatour,com, a deposit of $100.00 per cell phone is required. Please check the phone carefully upon receive it, including the phone, adapter, batteries and the like.

Clients have the responsibility of keeping the phone in the condition in which it was received. Upon safe return of the phone, the deposit will be refunded.

Cancellation
For canceling a confirmed order, a cancellation fee of $10.00 will be charged.

Return
Any equipment not returned within five days of the due date without an extended rental agreement will be considered lost and you will be charged.

Damaged/Lost Phones
The the working condition of the cell phone and its related equipment will be checked when it is received and returned. Any defective or inoperative equipment should be reported immediately.

Problems found after return of the equipment may be considered damage caused by the customer during the rental period. The customer is solely responsible for loss and damage of the rental equipment during the rental period.

Replacement
Replacing the cell phone for the same item or similarly-equipped model that is also workable, while an extra charge of $100.00 per cell phone is required.
