7) Children 11 years and under who share a room with two adults and do not ask for an extra bed will be charged the listed child fare or 75% of the regular adult price; if they need an extra bed in the same room with two adults, the cost will be 90% of the regular adult price. Children 12 and older will be charged at the regular adult price.

8) Early depart or late return is allowed, the ticket change fee is $50 per person each time, in addition to airlines surcharge for different air class and weekend if necessary.

Itinerary

Day 1Hometown - Beijing

Fly to Beijing, the capital of China.

Day 2Arrive in Beijing

Upon arrival, our guide will meet you at the airport and accompany you to your luxury hotel. Have a nice rest at the hotel.

Day 3Beijing (Breakfast, Lunch, Special Dinner)

The first full day in Beijing will start after breakfast with a visit to Tiananmen Square and the magnificent Forbidden City where you can see the treasures of the Imperial collection.

After lunch, travel to the Summer Palace, the largest and best preserved imperial garden in China and which was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1998.

This evening, enjoy a delicious Peking Duck dinner.

Day 4Beijing (Breakfast, Lunch)

Today you’ll see and perhaps climb the Great Wall of China, one of the country’s most famous tourist attractions and one of the greatest man-made wonders of the world.

It runs about 5,500 miles through 150 different counties. You will then attend a seminar on Chinese Jade Culture at a local Jade Museum.

Next, you will have a Hutong Tour by rickshaw.

Day 5Beijing - Huangshan (Breakfast)

This morning is free to spend on your own.

In the afternoon, we will pick you up and visit the exquisite 15th century Temple of Heaven to see the Imperial Ceiling of Heaven with its Echo Wall and the Nine-Dragon Cypress, (more than 500 years old), before being transferred to the airport for a flight to Huangshan.

Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel.

Day 6Huangshan (Breakfast, Lunch)

Pay a visit to Tunxi Old Street before heading to Mt. Huangshan (Yellow Mountain).

Mt. Huangshan is undoubtedly China’s most celebrated mountain for all its grandeur and beauty, which was declared a World Natural and Cultural Heritage in 1990 by the UNESCO Heritage Committee.

Today you’ll spend a full day and night at Mt. Huangshan. The round trip cable car is included. During the 10 minute cable car journey, you’ll enjoy magnificent scenery.

The guide will accompany you to visit the highlights of Yellow Mountain, such as the North Sea and West Sea area, where you can appreciate the breathtaking scenery and photograph the seas of clouds, peculiar-shaped rocks, verdant trees, and rolling mountains, and the sunset.

Day 7Huangshan - Hangzhou (Breakfast, Lunch)

In the early morning, take the chance to photograph the sunrise on Yellow Mountain. Then, go down the mountain by cable car and drive to Hongcun Village, one of China’s most beautiful ancient villages, where the film Crouching Tiger & Hidden Dragon was shot.

At the Hongcun Village, you can enjoy the ancient Hui Style architecture, a major type of traditional Chinese architecture and the breathtaking landscape.

After the tour, transfer to the Hangzhou hotel and check in.

Day 8Hangzhou - Suzhou (Breakfast, Lunch)

In the morning, take a leisurely boat ride on West Lake, one of the most beautiful scenic spots in Hangzhou.

You’ll see the ethereal beauty of Hangzhou’s willow-draped islands and then admire the Su Causeway.

Stop for a taste of China’s most famous green tea – Dragon Well Tea at the Longjing Green Tea Village. Later in the afternoon, we will drive to Suzhou.

Day 9Suzhou - Shanghai (Breakfast, Lunch)

Suzhou has been praised as the “city of gardens”. UNESCO added its classical gardens in Suzhou to its World Heritage List in 1997 and 2000.

Today, your guide will take you to visit the Lingering Garden (Liu Yuan) and the Silk Spinning Factory, where you can enjoy a silk fashion show. Take a boat down the Grand Canal before driving to Shanghai, the largest metropolitan city in China.

Day 10Shanghai (Breakfast, Lunch, Special Dinner)

Today you’ll visit Yuyuan Garden, and soak up the more commercial aspects of Shanghai on Old Street, Nanjing Road, the Bund.

Visit a Gem Exhibition Center where you can do some shopping. Then step back in time at the Shanghai Museum with more than 120,000 art objects. In the evening, a farewell dinner of Shanghai Cuisine will be served.

Day 11Shanghai - Hometown (Breakfast)
