Today’s visit starts from the magnificent Potala Palace, a complex palace and castle, consisting of two parts – the Red Palace in the center, and the White Palace toward the wings.
Since the 17th century, it has been the religious and political center of this region and is a must-see landmark.

Today you will have the adventure tour to the Everest Base Camp, one of the two campsites on the incredible Mount Everest, set up for climbers at almost 17,000 feet (5,150 meters) above sea level, and Rongbuk Monastery, founded by the Nyingmapa Sect of Tibetan Buddhism and the highest monastery in the world.
Drive to Shigatse and enjoy the rural scenery of Tibetan farms on the way.
