Day 1. Arrive in Beijing
Upon arrival in Beijing, our guide will greet you at the airport and then arrange your transfer to the luxury hotel. The rest of the day is left for you to relax.
Day 2. Beijing (AB, L, SD)
Today you'll begin to experience the 5,000 years old history of China in the city of Beijing. Firstly, stroll through the vast Tiananmen Square, the largest city square in the world. Then, tour the Forbidden City with its Imperial Palaces, once reserved for China's powerful rulers. Finally, visit the Summer Palace, the largest and best-preserved imperial garden in China. In the evening, enjoy a delightful Peking Duck Dinner.
Day 3. Beijing (AB, L, D)
Today you'll visit Great Wall of China, the greatest tourist attraction in the world and the goal of millions. As a Chinese saying goes, "He who has not climbed the great wall is not a true man". Afterwards visit “Bird’s Nest”, the National Stadium as well as the National Aquatics Center, known as Water Cube, which were built for the 2008 Summer Olympic Games. It was in the Water Cube that the U.S. swimmer Michael Phelps emerged as the Gold Medal Winner. Next, come into Beijing Zoo to see the cute giant pandas. After dinner, enjoy one of the Beijing's best night shows - Legend of Kung Fu at Red Theatre. It is a high level Kung Fu show with wonderful story layout, professional martial arts actors and real Kung fu actions.
Day 4. Beijing to Shanghai (AB, L, D)
In the morning, settle into a rickshaw for a delightful ride through the traditional Hutongs neighborhood and visit a typical quadrangle-home to see their daily life. After that, visit the exotic Lotus Flower Market where you would be amazed by the beautiful lotus flowers and various displays. In the afternoon, take a flight to Shanghai, once the Paris of the East. Upon arrival, visit Bund, a famous waterfront, which is known as the symbol of Shanghai for hundreds of years. Tonight you'll taste the Shanghai local cuisine.
Day 5. Shanghai (AB, L, D)
You start the morning by taking a stroll around Cheng Huang Miao, one of the most popular scenic area as well as shopping center for travelers. Then, spend some time on the bustling Nanjing Road and People's Square. And then visit the world famous Shanghai Museum, which houses a fine collection of ancient Chinese bronze, ceramics, painting and calligraphy, etc. The authentic Shanghai dishes are served as dinner. After dinner, enjoy the wonderful Chinese Acrobatic Show.
Day 6. Shanghai / Hong Kong (AB,)
After breakfast, take a flight to Hong Kong. Upon arrival, you'll be transferred to hotel in Hong Kong.
Day 7. Hong Kong
Today you'll enjoy a half-day tour to explore the dynamic city of Hong Kong. Victoria Peak is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Hong Kong where you'll marvel at the spectacular panorama of the enthralling Victoria Harbor. Tour Repulse Bay, the most spectacular bay in the region as well as Stanley Market, a pleasant place for strolling around. Make a stopover at Aberdeen Fishing Village, which is famous for its floating village and giant seafood restaurants. Cruise the harbour on a sampan and have a closer look of the boat houses. The rest of the day is at your leisure.
Day 8. Depart from Hong Kong
Today you'll head to the airport and catch your flight home.
